I think the pictures speak for themselves. I'm not sure if you can see the colors well in the pictures but Ian is wearing an all-red ensemble while Zoe went with mostly pink and tie-dye socks.
Yes, she knows it's winter- that's why she wore the undershirt ("to keep me warm"). We tried to convince her that temperatures of 12 degrees didn't go so well with short-sleeved dresses but she wasn't convinced.

They are adorable no matter what they wear. Although Zoe's feet do look like they are being attacked by a some sort of fungus.
