It's hot here! Super hot for those of us without A/C. It started getting warm so the kids and I headed to the pool where Ian had his first swim lesson. We picked this lifeguard for swim lessons because he is the one who taught an older boy that Ian idolizes to swim. Ian loved the lesson, put his face in the water a bunch (big big news), and got some much-needed confidence. Logan (his instructor) said he needs lots more confidence so he says to Ian "how strong are you?" and Ian is supposed to respond "too strong". Several times after his lesson Logan would yell at Ian in the pool "Ian- how strong are you ?", and Ian would sheepishly reply "too strong" and grin like crazy. I scheduled another lesson for Wednesday and Ian is ready.
